Corporations are legally defined as people except when they commit a crime (video)

Jon Stewart on the travesty of justice that is large corporations like Johnson & Johnson, Goldman Sachs et al negotiating with regulators to pay fines  for committing crimes and not serving jail time. To add insult to injury, they also get away WITHOUT having to admit to either liability for their despicable behaviour or that they have engaged in any “wrongdoing” whatsoever.  The injustice does not stop there; Blackstone have legally committed what most reasonable people would call insurance fraud but what they have done is not even classed as a crime.
